I just got a new side x side and someone told me to register it with the DNR... Does anyone know about this ?? Do I need to do this ?? And what will it do for me ?? I am really excited to get to ride this thing.  THANKS for your help

If you want to ride it at either of the State owned areas, Redbird and Interlake, it needs to be registered.  Depending on where you live there are numerous counties that allow you to ride on the country roads providing it is registered, you have a valid drivers license and insurance.  Some towns/cities even allow it.  Greene and Sullivan counties allow it and the city of Linton which is close to Redbird.
