There were over 30 people that attended this event just from our two groups. This ride was held at the Windrock riding area in Oliver Springs, TN. This event was sponsored by WWW.ATVNation.com and this group really put on a good show for all of us that went. There were guided tours available, there was a Bubba hunt, there were drag races, and there was also a mud bog held. There were several members that came away with awards in all of the events. ATV Nation.com had lots of giveaways from all of their sponsors. If you ever get a chance to ride at Windrock, DO IT! They have everything you could ask for in a trail system, from easy trails to impassable trails, to trails that offer unbelievable views from the top of the mountains. This event was also the last chance that many of us had to be able to ride with JohnD for a few years. He is in the Army and he is moving to Ft. Stewart, GA and then will soon be deployed to Iraq. We all gave him a great sendoff and thanked him for his service to help defend all of our freedoms that we sometimes take for granted. |
