The Midwest Trail Riders Association was established
to attract ATV riders interested in family oriented activites
centered around ATV riding. Membership is free and all it takes is a few
moments to register.
Why register? One of the main reasons is to access the discussion forums.
The discussion forums are where members can get together to exchange information
and plan rides and activities. It is also a place where you can ask questions
and get advice on various topics.
Any other reason to join? Yes, lots of them. Another main reason for membership
is that the MTR plans to establish a riding area near the Corydon, Indiana area. Currently
most riding locations are more than an hour (most of them 2) away from the Louisville, KY metro
area. The MTR feels strongly that a riding location for its members close to Corydon, IN. and the
Louisville, KY metro area would be a big hit.
That's where you come in. MTR can not accomplish this without members. We will need all the
help we can get to secure property and funding in order
to establish a riding area for all to enjoy. Start today by simply registering.
Then keep your eyes and ears open for potential riding areas and let us know if you find one.
If we all work together we can accomplish our goal.

MTR has two classes of members:
Class B (free)
- Site news and email lists to keep you informed about MTR.
- Information on places to ride.
- Discussion forums where you can meet new members and ask questions about equipment, riding areas and events.
- Plan, coordinate, or join rides or just find an individual to ride with.
- Browse links to other useful ATV resources.
- Access to ATV classifieds and pricing information.
- Information on riding area rules, regulations and state registration requirements.
Class A ($25 annual membership)
- All of the benefits of a Class B Membership
- Access to the website chat room. Discuss ATVs in real time with other members.
- Discounts at local dealers.
- Membership Card.
- Club t-shirt and bumper sticker.
- Access to club minutes and financial records.
- Voting rights.
To become a Class B member simply fill out a simple online form.
To become a Class A member, you must first register as a Class B member.
You then have two options for paying your annual membership fee:
- You can mail a $25 check to Midwest Trail Riders Association, PO Box 8, Corydon IN 47112.
Please include your home address, phone number, your MTR screen name and your shirt size.
- You can also have the $25 annual fee billed to your credit card using PayPal. After you have completed the payment process, send an email to info@midwesttrailriders.com with your shirt size, real name and your screen name.
